It means cultivating the ability to orient yourself through whatever may be going on within you and around you.
It is about anchoring down within and coming home to yourself,
and then interconnecting with the world from there.

Time + space. It may seem so simple that it is easily overlooked but time and space is the foundation and the container that holds our awareness, the quality of our lives, and the capacity of our sustained presence. In its simplicity lies the key, cultivating space as an integral part of growing our capacity to embrace life’s complexity. Slowing it down and finding ourselves. Restorative spatial awareness is the basis of our practice and what we consistently return to.

Modalities:

  • Transformational Coaching: Coaching is a powerful and sacred relationship. It is a supportive environment where we are able to relax, unfold + allow inner wisdom and resourcefulness to rise out of a deep connection to our Selves. Transformation is a process, both profound + subtle, that arises from deep awareness and leads to a fresh orientation and perspective. We honor what is, while reaching deep within to find what is emerging, holding space for the solutions that are already present within to surface.
     

  • Parts Work: A psycho-spiritual method of working respectfully in the inner realm. An adaptation of the Internal Family Systems model for coaches, this model acknowledges that we are all composed of many parts, each created out of necessity and each with noble intent. Our Self is our true nature and is awake, wise and loving. By learning to recognize our parts, we develop an embodied sense of Self that can compassionately hold our emotions and our younger vulnerabilities. As we facilitate a relationship between our Self and our parts, our system harmonizes and we are able to step into living a compassionate life of Self leadership.
     

  • Somatic Integration: Many times we can find ourselves living from the neck up. When we relax and sink into the body we often find tension that we are holding onto. As we journey the inner landscape we discover that we are in reality, vast inner systems that offer information and knowledge. It begins and ends with the breath and it serves as the bridge that connects all our many layers and realizations. It is our supporting aid as we open and explore, connecting us to life itself. This is a grounding process, even as we open up to possibility we find that we are more rooted to the earth and the present moment.
     

  • EFT (Tapping): EFT stands for the Emotional Freedom Techniques. It has also come to be commonly referred to as “tapping” as the techniques involve a gentle tapping or percussion of the fingertips on the skin. EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture. EFT is often used to change negative feelings, reduce distressing and/or self-limiting thoughts, to alter repetitive unwanted behaviors and is even effective for working with and resolving traumatic memories. It is also commonly used to create positive emotional states, achieve desired goals and attain higher states of health, well-being and resilience.
     

  • Felt Sense Polyvagal Method: Providing a new way of seeing and working with trauma and addiction where the autonomic nervous system becomes our map and guide as we orient ourselves and work directly with the understanding of our circuitry. This model honors the wisdom of the body while integrating the latest findings in neuroscience and creates a new social awareness that moves us beyond shame and pathologizing our natural responses of protection and responding in ways that have not been appropriately understood. This is practice where we can respectfully understand addiction and treat trauma responses with deep embodied listening.
